Day 5 – Eat between 10 – 20 ounces of lean beef or baked, skinless chicken along with up to six fresh tomatoes. You must also eat at least one bowl of cabbage soup.
Day 6 – Eat the cabbage soup at least once and then all the beef and vegetables which you desire.
Day 7 – At least one bowl of soup then consume brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables.
When using any type of diets for quick weight loss, including the Cabbage Soup diet, don’t overexert yourself, you will be overtaxing your system and your body won’t have enough energy to sustain a workout routine at this point. Supplement these diets by drinking lots of water. This will help keep the hunger pangs away.
